SKITS offers during the summer inline skating on Tuesday evening. The first inline skate workout will be at April 16th.  
The workout will start at 6:30 pm in Diemerpark, we will gather in front of the USC at 6:00pm. When it rains the workout will be cancelled, this will be communicated by mail. During the workout you will learn some technique, but you will do endurance training too. 

The first half of the searon we will start with a special training aimed for beginners. Here, we will focus on the basics of skating.
In order to enroll for the course, please send an e-mail to, also when you are a member of SKITS. This way we can let you know about changes of the training schedule and in case of bad weather when a course is cancelled.

SKITS members have free access to the skating trainings, but they should enroll for this course via an e-mail to .
If you are not a SKITS member, you can also enroll for just the beginner course. For four weeks this will cost only €7,50, including the rental of skates if needed. Please be advised that SKITS is a student association and thus a valid proof of registration of a Dutch University of the academic year 2017-2018 or 2018-2019 is required!

Don't have inline skates?
SKITS has some Powerslide inline skates. You can hire this inline skates for 10 euros a month. We can't guarantee that your size is available! So make sure you reserve your size on time. To hire skates send an e-mail to

To participate in a workout an helmet is required. If you don't have a helmet, SKITS can provide these free of charge. Please let SKITS know if you need one! Hand, knee and elbow protection are recommended.
